Cherry Knolls is an established neighborhood
located in the heart of South Metro Denver.
It is community-oriented, with a neighborhood pool and many annual events.
With various clubs such as the welcome wagon, garden club,
long-range planning committee, and the longest running babysitting co-op
in the Metro Denver area, Cherry Knolls is great for young families, retirees,
and everyone in between. Both the elementary and middle schools are
within walking distance, as well as the 24-acre Cherry Knolls Park adjacent
to the Little Dry Creek Trail and the Highline Canal. The active HOA provides perimeter
and common area maintenance, and dues are only $120 per year.
Cherry Knolls is located south of Arapahoe Road
and east of University Boulevard in Centennial, Colorado.
Cherry Knolls has been a part of my entire life. My parents have lived here for more than 30 years, raising four sons through Sandburg, swim team, countless 4th of July celebrations and more. With such warm memories, I brought my family back in 2005 and have been renovating our 1962 ranch ever since, making Cherry Knolls our home.
