Unveiling Our New Brand

While most folks these days justifiably want to write off 2020, it holds its own significance for our team. This year marks the tenth anniversary of a noteworthy decision in our lives: in 2010, Conrad and Emily—seasoned, independent Realtors at the time—officially joined forces to launch a new real estate team, The Steller Group.

In commemoration of this milestone, we decided it was time to take a good look in the mirror and redefine our brand. It is an honor and a pleasure to introduce you to the new face of The Steller Group. We hope it resonates with you as much as it does with us.

How did we get here? Over the last year, we interviewed and sent questionnaires out to hundreds of past clients asking about their experience with our company. The response? The number one word that our clients came back with was TRUST.  Our clients trust us to give them the uncommon assurance that they’ll be taken care of, no matter how steep the emotional rollercoaster of buying or selling a home. To hear this perspective from clients was inspiring and rewarding, to say the least.

The Steller Group has come a long way. Conrad and Emily had both been selling real estate and operating as separate businesses since 2004. After working several deals together, they developed a mutual respect for each other and recognized a “kindred spirit” in their dedication to clients. Conrad and Emily realized they could collaborate to offer clients a more specialized level of care: Emily had a love of helping buyers comb through the market to find the perfect home, while Conrad relished the strategy and focus involved in preparing properties for sale, and bringing them to market with the right positioning to get the job done.

Conrad and Emily agreed to be partners and established The Steller Group on November 1, 2010, with Conrad’s wife Jennifer managing the marketing and administration of the company. The results spoke for themselves: by each team member concentrating on his or her specialty, clients were even happier with the service they experienced. That first year, we served 52 buyers and sellers. As of mid-October of 2020, The Steller Group has already helped 190 clients this year.

As The Steller Group has grown, we have handpicked exceptional, caring, and bright agents and staff. Our team members bring the same commitment and expertise that our clients have come to expect from Conrad, Emily, and Jennifer.  Our style is honest, hardworking, and dedicated to something much more meaningful than a sale. It’s always professional, always personal. We know that means delivering an unmatched breadth of resources, and caring 24/7 for our clients.

The Steller Group has delivered a customized, compassionate, and innovative approach to our more than 1,700 clients.  Trust is something that is earned, and our goal is to continue to earn our clients’ trust through every detail, every conversation, every transaction.
